Our far-infrared sauna rooms are set up for a quiet, comfortable session. Each session takes place in a private room with towels provided, and staff will walk you through your first visit.
INFRARED SAUNA THERAPY
Duration: 10-15 minutes
Benefits: A whole-body red light session on a professional-grade LED bed.
Wavelengths Offered: 450 nm, 532 nm, 630 nm, 660 nm, 810 nm, and 940 nm.
Sessions are private and eye protection is provided. There is no UV and no tanning. Staff will help you choose a session length and setting on your first visit.
